Flooding

One night about a month ago, it rained and rained and rained.  We woke up at 6 AM and heard unusually loud voices outside our bedroom window.  We look out our window and see the people living in the building across from us scooping water from outside their apartments and throwing it into the street!  A few hours later, our whole apartment building courtyard flooded.  It was so bad everyone on the bottom floor got flooded!  It was soo crazy!!
